About Me

Hello! I'm Aishwarya Mittal, currently working as the Software Engineer at Google, Bangalore. I like to design and develop computer applications, web sites and games. I have interest in Full Stack Development, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Data Science.

I have done my graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. During my college time I got to learn about Web Designing, Software Development, Game Development, Robotics, Graphic Designing and Machine Learning. After graduation I joined Print Team at Adobe and have been worked on development on Printing RIPs. After 3 years with Adobe I have joined Google and will be working with Google Search team.

I like to learn new things related to various technologies. I believe that one should not run towards success just “KEEP LEARNING KEEP GROWING” than success would definitely follow you. Besides coding I also like to listen to music, watching movies and TV-Series, playing piano, doing yoga and other fitness workouts. I usually spent my free time on YouTube watching videos related to world history, technology trends and travel.

Working with Google Knowledge Engine team in Google Search on enhancing user search experience.

Feb 2020 - Sep 2021
Worked on development of print RIPs by fixing existing bugs related to memory management and print quality, done porting of the products for different machine configurations and operating systems, added support for multiple image formats such as JPG, PNG, BMP and TIFF for input to RIP. Also, Implemented various Machine Learning and Computer Vision based features for improving the quality of scanned documents.

Worked on a Photoshop extension and plugin for textile designers. Implemented multiple user interface features using Angular JS from scratch such as live preview for the artwork and multiple colorways. Handled the communication between the extension (Angular JS based user interface) and plugin (C++ based backend) using event management and photoshop SDK.

Worked on a project which is focused on evaluating the concepts of Multi-Task Learning (MTL) on web analytics data using Deep Neural Networks. Constructed the compact customer profile which can be used for clustering and look alike modelling.

Worked as a front-end web developer with the technology team at Wholdus.com. Handled the front-end of website by adding certain new features sunc as product details page, menu bar, product preview etc.and modifying the layout primarily using AngularJS, CSS, Python and HTML. Also helped in resolving certain critical bugs.
